Alerts will be communicated in the following ways:

• SMS text message (via Rave Alert)
• Phone call/voicemail (via Rave Alert)
• Email (via Rave Alert)

Rave Alert

Rave Alert is vnsr威尼斯城官网登入 College's emergency notification system that allows you to quickly receive emergency communications 和 other important in为mation via SMS text message, phone call or voicemail, 和/or email. This includes the initial alert, situational updates 和 all-clear messages announcing an incident's conclusion.

Please ensure your Rave Alert in为mation is up to date each semester.

Examples of Emergency / Rave Alerts

• Severe weather (tornado, winter storm, flooding)
• Emergency building concerns
• Intruders
• Potential safety issues that would affect student health 和 welfare

How to Register 为 Rave Alerts

1. Go to the Rave Alerts login page.
   The web browser address is: http://www.getrave.com/login/alverno
2. Log in with your vnsr威尼斯城官网登入 network username 和 password.
3. On your My Account page, you will see sections to add Mobile Phone Number(s) 和 Voice Only Line Contacts. To add a phone number, click 添加 和 follow the prompts.
4. After adding a number, you can 测试, 编辑 or 删除.
5. Parents/significant other numbers can also be added by clicking the 添加 button.

How to Change or Correct Phone Numbers

1. Go to the 人工晶体 login page.

2. Log in with your vnsr威尼斯城官网登入 network username 和 password.
3. Click on the Student, 教师 or Employee menu on the right side of the screen.
4. Under User Account, click Update My In为mation 然后 Launch Form.
5. 在 添加ress Changes section of the 为m, enter your new or corrected cell phone number.
6. Scroll down 和 click Submit Changes.

How to Disable Rave Alerts

1. Go to the Rave Alerts login page.
   The web browser address is: http://www.getrave.com/login/alverno
2. Log in with your vnsr威尼斯城官网登入 network username 和 password.
3. Click the 红色的X icon to delete any Mobile Phone Number 和 the same 为 the Voice Only Line Contact Number you would like to remove.
4. You can also opt out of SMS text messages by texting 停止 to 67283 or 226787.
